"Improve Your MiPe" is a program launched in 2018 aimed at strengthening micro and small businesses. Through consulting, coaching, advisory services, and workshops, the program helps develop strategies that drive sales growth, optimize management controls, and reduce costs, supported by certified consultants in ECO217, EC0614, and consulting methodologies like CRECE, JICA, and SBDC. As a result, microenterprises increase their profits, and business owners strengthen their leadership and productivity skills, with a special focus on human development.
The goal is to contribute to youth civic security and violence prevention by strengthening skills and generating economic opportunities for at-risk youth aged 18 to 29. This is achieved by fostering the formation of collectives, supported through the four dimensions of the model: Social, Business, Innovation, and Networks.
This project aims to position the State of Chihuahua as a leader in social impact entrepreneurship in Mexico by developing a statewide entrepreneurship network. This includes creating and organizing seven new networks in Delicias, Cuauhtémoc, Parral, Nuevo Casas Grandes, Camargo, Jiménez, and Ojinaga, as well as strengthening the two existing networks in Chihuahua and Ciudad Juárez. The plan includes the professionalization and certification of key actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, integrating social impact into the regional vocations of each area.
