The goal is to contribute to youth civic security and violence prevention by strengthening skills and generating economic opportunities for at-risk youth aged 18 to 29. This is achieved by fostering the formation of collectives, supported through the four dimensions of the model: Social, Business, Innovation, and Networks.

We are present in five regions of the state: Chihuahua and Aldama; Delicias, Meoqui, Rosales, and Saucillo; Parral, Santa Bárbara, and San Francisco del Oro; Ojinaga; Cuauhtémoc, Bocoyna, Guerrero, and Matachi.
